Amanda Schambureck

Schambureck, a native of Rochester, Minn., joined the Ashford University staff as the Assistant Athletic Trainer in August of 2008. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she majored in athletic training and just recently completed her Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Ashford University.

During her undergraduate tenure at UW-La Crosse, Schambureck worked with many teams including softball, women's cross country, wrestling, women's soccer, men's track and field, football and men's and women's swimming and diving.

As Assistant Athletic Trainer, Schambureck assists with overall day-to-day operations of the training room and serves as the head trainer for women's soccer, men's and women's indoor and outdoor track and field and men's and women's bowling.

She currently resides in Clinton, Iowa, and enjoys being with family and friends in her free time.
