MARION, Ind. - The record-breaking Ashford University track and field season came to an end this past weekend at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships as freshman Aleksander Jakobsen of Rock Island, Ill., and sophomore A.J. Smith of Port Byron, Ill., competed on the Indiana Wesleyan University track for the final time of the outdoor season.

MARION, Ind. - One record-breaking member of the Ashford University men's track and field squad ended his season yesterday at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind., while another ran for the final time in a Saints uniform.

CLINTON, Iowa - Ashford University track and field Head Coach Chris Adams gained the commitment of three student-athletes from Davenport earlier this month as Matthew McCune, Richard Faust and Syruss Martin, each committed to the program for next season.
