PALO, Iowa – The Ashford University men's and women's cross country teams opened the 2014 season on Friday night at Morgan Creek Park Trail for the 21st Annual Mustang Gallop, hosted by Mount Mercy University.

Lightning delayed the women's 4K race and the men's 5K race by one hour, but the skies would clear and both races would go off without a hitch. No team scores were kept for either Ashford squad.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The 2013 season came to an end for the Ashford men's and women's cross country teams on Saturday (Nov.9), when they competed in the 2013 Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Championships.

The Ashford men finished in third place with 100 points, while the women closed out the year with 130 points and a sixth place finish.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Ashford University cross country teams wrapped up the regular season portion of their schedule on Saturday (Oct. 26), competing in the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge, hosted by Aquinas College (Mich.).

The AU women finished 27th overall in the 5K race, while the men recorded a 32nd place finish in the 8K race.
