KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the second Division II Men's Basketball Top-25 poll on Tuesday and the Ashford University men's basketball team cracks the list for the second week in a row.
Head Coach Oliver Drake and the Saints improved to 9-3 with a pair of wins last week and are once again ranked #23 in the nation, earning 99 points in the polls.

CLINTON – One day after offense stole the show, the Ashford University men's basketball team turned in a stellar defensive effort on Saturday (Dec. 7) to pick up their second consecutive win.
Led by 20 points from junior Anthony Woods and a defense that held their opponent to 35.1% (20-for-57), the 23rd-ranked Saints downed the Jimmies of Jamestown College (N.D.), 75-54.
CLINTON – After struggling from the floor to close their most recent road trip, the Ashford University men's basketball team caught fire on their home floor Friday night.
Led by 30 points from junior Anthony Woods and 19 points from sophomore Damon Overton, the #23-ranked Saints used a second half explosion to end a two game skid in a 78-65 win over Mayville State University (N.D.).
