MARION, Ill. – On Sunday at Rent One Park, the Ashford baseball team wrapped up a four-game set against the Eagles of Robert Morris University, splitting a double-header with the Eagles.

After managing only two hits in a 1-0 loss to the Eagles in game one, the Saints responded with a 6-1 win in game two to move to 7-10 on the year.

MARION, Ill. – The Ashford baseball team opened up a four-game set with the Eagles of Robert Morris University on Saturday, splitting a pair of low-scoring contests.

After dropping the opener 4-2, the Saints rebounded with a 1-0 win in game two, with senior Jim Miller earning his first career complete game shutout to help Ashford move to 6-9 on the year.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – In their first games back in the central time zone since spring break, the Ashford baseball team picked up a split on Tuesday afternoon against the Hornets of Harris-Stowe State University (Mo.).

In game one, the Saints pounced for nine unanswered runs off Hornet pitching on their way to a 9-4 win. The Ashford bats would struggle in the second contest, managing only five hits off Hornet pitching on their way to a 5-1 loss.
