CHICAGO, Ill. – In their second-to-last regular season road contest, the Ashford University volleyball team saw their three-match winning streak come to an end in four sets at the hands of Saint Xavier University.

Junior Megan Casagrande's nine kills topped all Saints on Tuesday with sophomore Pakalana Helekahi's eight kills good for second on the team. But the Ashford offense was hampered by a .037 hitting percentage on the night, dropping the Saints to 24-11 on the year.

CLINTON – After more than a month on the road, the Ashford University volleyball team returned to their home floor on Saturday (Oct. 25), when they hosted the Ashford tri-match. The Saints would make quick work of both Huntington University (Ind.) and Mt. Mercy University, winning both matchups in three sets.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Facing a two sets to one deficit, the Ashford University volleyball team rebounded to earn a five-set win over the Queen Bees of St. Ambrose University on Thursday night inside Lee Lohman Arena.

DES MOINES, Iowa – The 25th-ranked Ashford University volleyball team was back on the court for day two of the Grand View Tournament on Saturday, taking on MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) and the #18-ranked Vikings of Grand View University.

Ashford would battle hard against a pair of quality opponents but came up empty on the day falling to the Pioneers in five sets (22-25, 25-19, 17-25, 25-23, 15-9) in the opener and dropping a four-set (17-25, 25-23, 32-30, 26-24) heartbreaker to the Vikings.
