LAMONI, Iowa - The Ashford University women's cross country team concluded their regular season with a sixth place finish at the Graceland Invitational.

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Ashford University women's cross country team competed in the Disney Classic on Saturday, finishing 20th out of 28 teams.

Much like the men, the women's team was faced with harsh weather conditions and a muddy track. The fact that the men's race destroyed the track was also working against the Saints. But the Saints made progress on improving their splits and not burning themselves out early in the race.

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Ashford University women's cross country team took part in the Clarke Invitational on Friday evening, finishing in third place overall.

The Saints once again got out to a fast start in the 5K race, but they would tail off in the second half of the race, costing the team position for the second straight week.

HANNIBAL, Mo. - The Ashford University women's cross country team placed second in the Hannibal-LaGrange Invitational on Saturday, the second straight week they're finished as runners-up.

The Saints got a record-setting performance from freshman Emily Paull of Somonauk, Ill., as she took first place overall and set the course record in the process with a time of 20:06 in the 5K race.
