2008 (Sophomore): Honorable Mention All-MCC selection…Named to the Academic All-MCC squad…Appeared in 18 games with 17 starts during the season…Recorded one goal during the year, finding the net in the 24th minute from a feed by Abbye Garcia against Calumet College (Sept. 22) to give the Saints a 3-0 advantage…Fired away 26 shots during her sophomore campaign with 14 of those on goal.

2007 (Freshman): Emerged quickly as an offensive threat as a true freshman, finishing third on the team in points with 16 (seven goals, two assists)…Had the team's highest shot on goal percentage, connecting a 78.3 percent clip…Scored goals in back-to-back games to open her Ashford career, contests against University of St. Francis (Aug. 29) and Missouri Baptist Bible College (Sept. 1)…Credited with the lone and game-winning goal against William Penn University (Oct. 3)…Notched a goal and an assist in games against Knox College (Sept. 11) and Mount Mary College (Sept. 30).

Prior to Ashford: Three year all-conference selection in soccer while at Rock Island High School...Four-year all-conference performer in cross country.

Personal: Born Erika Jul Jakobsen on Nov. 21, 1988…Daughter of Svend and Deb Jakobsen…Also a current member of Ashford's track and field team as a distance runner, owning several school records that include the 3,000-meter steeplechase (13:14.85), mile run (6:04.79) and the 10,000-meter run (43:04.25)…Brother, Aleksander, is a member of the Ashford track and field and cross country teams…Has a sister, Ariana…Enjoys spending time with friends, scrapbooking and fishing.
